Nightclub noise, friendly front desk clerk, efficient room changing policy

The lack of maintenance staff is evident!!! Showers backed up, broken phones in rooms, and unclean towels were a constant issue!!! Rooms felt increasingly dysfunctional, and a little effort could make a huge difference!!!
